How long have you been with K&H?

A:

I’ve been with the company for 32 years.

What does your job entail?

A:

I am the Residential Property/Production Leader. I oversee all of K&H’s projects.

Q:

Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

A:

When I was a teenager, my brother, Effrain, and I moved to the United States. He encouraged me to start my career in the landscaping industry.

Q:

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?

A:

Landscaping is a great industry to get into because the day-to-day tasks change with the seasons. It always keeps it interesting. K&H Landscaping is a great company to work for because of its culture.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A:

Besides working, I enjoy spending time outside with my family.

Q:

What’s one thing on your outdoor living space bucket list?

A:

New fencing in my backyard.
