In just 10 months with our team, Estefany has made a remarkable impact, earning high praise from clients for her dedication and professionalism. Her hard work and leadership skills quickly led to a well-deserved promotion to crew leader, and she continues to inspire those around her with her commitment to excellence.

How long have you been with K&H?

A:

I’ve been with the K&H for 10 months

What does your job entail?

A:

I am in a Crew Leader. Landscaping is all about making our clients happy!

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

A:

I love the work that I do!

Q:

Can you share a bit about your background and journey that led you to your current position?

A:

I have worked and studied since I was 12 years old and that has helped me never give up on my jobs. I am not afraid of any job. I learned to drive a trailer in my country and that has helped me be able to work with any size of car without any fear.

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?

A:

Do the work well with love, not just out of commitment so our clients are always satisfied.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A:

Go on vacation with my family

What’s one thing on your outdoor living space bucket list?

A:

Put pretty flowers and plants and decorate with hanging lights
