Claudio has been an integral part of our team for the past 1 year and 7 months, ensuring smooth contract administration and maintaining vital HR processes that protect and strengthen our business operations. We are incredibly proud to celebrate his recent achievement of U.S. citizenship, a testament to his hard work and dedication. How long have you been with K&H?

A:

I’ve been with the K&H for 1 year & 7 months!

Q:

What does your job entail?

A:

My job involves a mix of Contracts and HR. I administrate the Contracts into the system and perform HR operations to keep the business protected in terms of processes to follow.

Q:

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

A:

My family.

Q:

Can you share a bit about your background and journey that led you to your current position?

A:

I came to USA from Bolivia in 1995 for work. I have always been in positions that execute the strategy of a company. Beginning with serving as a floor manager at Sprint PCS and moving on to the Logistics Department at Lasership. I am so glad to have found K&H!

Q:

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?

A:

Hard work, communication and overall perseverance go a long way.

Q:

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A:

I love traveling the world. In the past, I have travelled to Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Italy, Portugal, and, Spain (to name a few). I am dying to travel back to Italy!

Q:

What’s one thing no one would know about you?

A:

I’m a great barista at heart! My favorite drink is an Ameretto and coffee.

What’s one thing on your outdoor living space bucket list?

A:

Have an outdoor kitchen.
