Meet Cassie Bell!

Production Coordinator

We’re proud to spotlight Cassie, who has quickly made her mark as our Production Coordinator. In her 5 1/2 months with us, Cassie has become an essential part of the team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. We’re grateful for her hard work and attention to detail!

Getting To Know Cassie

Q:

How long have you been with K&H?

A:

I’ve been with the K&H for 5 & 1/2 months.

Q:

What does your job entail?

A:

I dispatch the work orders to the crew, ensuring they have notes on what needs to be done as well as any additional information they may need to be successful and make our clients happy. I manage the service calendar, making sure that annual services are being completed on schedule and at the appropriate time of year. I also sequence and schedule new contracts or services requested to maximize efficiency of production!  

Q:

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

A:

My daughter.

Q:

Can you share a bit about your background and journey that led you to your current position?

A:

I started working as soon as I was old enough to have a job & have worked in various industries over the years. I was studying to be an interpreter with a specialization in Deaf Studies when I found out I was going to have my daughter & life sort of jump-started there. I put school on hold to work full time and started a job at an exterior home improvement company. Fast forward 8 years, through the power of networking, I found myself at K&H! I can honestly say that every single employer, contact and friend that I have made over the years has taught me more about myself and ultimately shaped the person and employee I am to this day. I wouldn’t change a thing!

Q:

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?

A:

Be your best self. If you are proud of the effort you put into things it won’t take long for others to notice. Strive to learn something new everyday & don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Q:

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A:

I love spending quality time with my family, whether it’s hiking the scenic trails at Great Falls, unwinding with a great book, cheering on my little one at soccer games, or enjoying a BBQ with good friends.

Q:

What’s one thing no one would know about you?

A:

I know the Greek Alphabet by heart.

Q:

What’s one thing on your outdoor living space bucket list?

A:

A fenced-in yard for my dog to live her best life and maybe a nice fire pit. Apartment living is no fun!

We’re excited to see what the future holds for Cassie at K&H Landscaping! Her passion and commitment have already made a difference, and we can’t wait to watch her grow even more in her role. Here’s to many more accomplishments ahead!
