Meet Bre, our exceptional Client Advocate and Sales Assistant at K&H Landscaping! Bre has been an integral part of our team for 1.5 years. Dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction, Bre advocates tirelessly on behalf of our clients, upholding a standard of excellence in customer service. Q:

How long have you been with K&H?

A:

I’ve been with the K&H for 1 1/2years.

Q:

What does your job entail?

A:

I am the Client Advocate and Sales Assistant. A main part of my role is to advocate on behalf of the client to ensure they are happy in all aspects of their services, maintaining a high level of customer service. As well as assist the sales team. 

Q:

What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

A:

My husband and my kids. I knew I needed a new path so I could be more present for them.

Q:

What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?

A:

Learn as much as you can about the organization, and demonstrate a commitment. Always be willing to learn, grow, and accept change.

Q:

Can you share a bit about your background and journey that led you to your current position?

A:

For 5 years I was a Financial Coordinator for a busy orthodontic practice as well as a Support Specialist for the mortgage industry. In these positions I gained experience in customer relations, handling client concerns, and office management. It was a huge jump to change career paths but I wanted to be a more present Mom and this career does that for me.

Q:

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

A:

I love to spend time with my family in our backyard pool, working out, and hitting the roller rink with my precious kiddos.

Q:

What’s one thing on your outdoor living space bucket list?

A:

Definitely an outdoor kitchen space….One day 🙂
