Just wanted to let you folks at K&H know how pleased I am with the mowing last Friday. I particularly liked the view created from the diagonal grass cut using the 21-inch mower. In our maintenance contract, we specifically requested using the smaller mower instead of the bigger seated mower. On our smaller, hilly lot the smaller mower seemed to work better and leaves a nicer look. Please let the crew we appreciate their extra effort!

Our Christmas Lights installation process

Step 1

Connect

Our relationship begins with a short phone call so that we can introduce ourselves, confirm a good time to meet on site, and to discuss the different ideas you have relative to decorating your house for the Holiday season. If your vision seems kind of blurry, that is OK. Together, we will make it crystal clear.

Step 2

Visit

A member of our professional design team will meet with you on site and review your property with you while exchanging different ideas. Our goal is to help make your Holiday season enjoyable.

Step 3

Install

We offer professional installation that comes with custom-fitted, commercial grade lights, hidden cords and timers that turn your Christmas lights on and off automatically.

Step 4

Maintain, Remove & Store

We will respond to your requests within 48 hours if any lights go out. We will also carefully remove your lights in January and store your lights for you during the off season as part of our service.

Frequently asked questions

The price can vary based on the size of home, and complexity of installation. A simple install can cost between $2,000 – $4,000 for the first year due to the cost of acquiring the lights and other holiday decorations. You own all of these items. In subsequent years, we charge only for the labor to install and remove the lights and decorations which for the same average house will cost between $1,000 – $3,000. There are a few variables that influence the total cost. We will walk you through the numbers to you have a complete understanding.

Linear feet of roofline as well as height and pitch of your roof are considered when we provide you a quote.
